The Aquaculture and Fisheries Group has a high international profile. The majority of our PhD students are from international origin and some are working as sandwich PhD.
Several senior staff members act in editorial boards of peer reviewed journals. Seniors are further contributing to books, and are invited as speaker on international conferences. Four seniors act in the board of international professional organisations or in international science and/or policy advisory boards. All senior academic staff members are invited as jury member for PhD project applications and/or are invited to act as external examiner for PhD graduations at other universities, both nationally and internationally.
